CHAMPS volunteers organize a number of fundraising and appreciation events.
Annual Fundraising Gala
The major fundraiser is the Annual Gala held at the beginning of each year. The 2010 Gala will be held at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center on Saturday, 30 January 2010.

Golf Tournament
Our second largest fundraiser is held in the Spring and hosted by Northside Lexus. This is a wonderful opportunity for the business community and golfers to support a very worthy cause while enjoying a round of golf. Picnic
Also in the Spring timeframe, we hold our annual picnic for the children and their caregivers. Looking after children who enter the system in a distressed condition can be very challenging. This is our way of enabling the children and their families to have a fun time while letting them know ‘we care’. This event is sponsored by both businesses and individuals. Holiday from the Heart
The holidays are a difficult time for a child who has been removed from their home due to abuse or neglect. Often they are in a strange environment, still unsure why, and hoping Santa will know where to find them.
With the support of our generous donors and volunteers, Santa’s sleigh is indeed filled with toys for each little girl and boy and with a jolly HO HO HO Santa whispers in their ear ….I watch over you each day and I promise I will always know where you are.

Speak Up For CASA Kids 5K in the Forest
This is our newest fundraising event that is sure to be a day of fun, adventure & discovery. Jones Forest is located just outside of The Woodlands and the perfect place for our event.
