Mission & Goals

Our Mission Statement

CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County, Inc. recruits, trains and supports volunteers to advocate for the best interest of abused and neglected children under the Court’s jurisdiction. We strive for the highest quality of care leading to a safe nurturing home for each child.

Our Goals for Children

CASA’s goals are to recruit and support sufficient volunteers to provide a CASA volunteer for every child who needs one.

Our financial goal is to raise enough money to enable us to serve all the children coming under the Family Court’s jurisdiction.

Our goal is ambitious but we have a plan to get there by:

• Leveraging the skills and talents of the Staff and Board to operate as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. 
• Focusing our efforts to recruit and retain volunteers from a variety of cultures and backgrounds to represent the children of Montgomery County, Texas, coming into care.
• Implementing a fundraising plan that will enable us to initiate and continue with our projects.
